What is
Lavender Oil?

Extracted from the fresh flowers of the lavender plant, Lavender Oil has been popular since ancient times.
The name lavender comes from the Latin root lavare, which means “to wash”; it earned this name because it was frequently used in baths to help purify the body and spirit.

However the oil is also considered a natural remedy for a range of conditions from insomnia and mild anxiety, to headaches and minor cuts. Recent scientific studies are proving years of anecdotal evidence showing that lavender produces calming, soothing and sedative effects.

Bosisto’s Botanicals Lavender Oil is 100% lavandula angustifolia Lavender Oil. It is a pure premium quality pharmaceutical grade oil which is considered to be one of thebest quality lavender oils available.

It has a clean, sweet lavender fragrance that is stronger and longer lasting and without any unpleasant undertones that can often occur with blended lavender oils.
