FGB is one of the two largest producers of eucalyptus oil in Australia and the only producer to possess a pharmaceutical manufacturing licence issued by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (T.G.A). All pharmaceutical grade eucalyptus oil supplied by FGB meets the standards prescribed in the European and British Pharmacopoeias and the U.S. National Formulary.
FGB's uses a range of different Eucalyptus Oils from Australian and overseas sources. Although chemically similar, different Eucalyptus Oils can have different fragrances and properties which can be of major benefit to skilful formulators.
