Each tablet of Clements Iron Tablets contains:
Iron 12mg, Zinc 5mg, Copper 375mcg, Manganese 700mcg, Iodine 75mcg, Vitamin B1 10mg, Vitamin B2 5mg, Vitamin B5 10mg, Nicotinamide 10mg, Vitamin B6 10mg
This product is free from sugar, gluten, alcohol and parabens (p-hydroxybenzoates)
Dosage
Adults and teenage girls: 1 tablet daily
Expectant mothers and treatment of iron deficiency:
2 tablets daily.
Vitamins should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist see your doctor.
