Contents
Each coated tablet of Sleep-Care contains:
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root 1,000mg,
Hops (Humulus lupulus) fruit 250mg
No added lactose, sugar, starch, gluten, yeast, salt or artificial colours or preservatives.
Dosage
Adults: One tablet one hour before retiring or as directed by a health professional. If symptoms persist seek medical advice
