Warehouse Assistant - Casual Thriving Australian Owned Natural Products Company requires a casual Warehouse Assistant to support a busy warehouse. Primarily the position will be responsible for assisting with day to day activities on the warehouse floor including order picking, packing and checking and truck loading and unloading. The role will also assist with warehouse administration duties including booking transport, connote preparation, customer service and liaising with transport brokers. As such, good communication, telephone and computer skills are required as well as a willingness to learn new systems. Successful applicant must have good attention to detail, be self motivated and enjoy working in a friendly, professional team environment. Excellent conditions in family oriented company. Experience in warehouse environment and forklift licence is essential. Initially this role will be for approx 20 hours per week building up to 37.5 hours per week as the company moves into the busy period.
