Commercial Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Commercial Sales Manager to identify, build and develop new B2B opportunities for our industrial/commercial products.  Potential customer segments include pharmaceutical, agricultural and commercial cleaning applications.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated success in business development
  • Ability to formulate and execute strategic plans, working closely with product development, marketing, sales and management teams
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills at all levels
  • The motivation and energy to succeed
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy using MS Office products
  • Current Victorian drivers licence (unencumbered)
  • Ideally tertiary qualified, and/or considerable experience in sales, environmental science or chemical engineering
  • Experience in the use and application of essential oils is highly regarded

Technical knowledge or product development experience in manufacturing, cleaning, agrichemical or food industries will be highly regarded.

Sales / Customer Service Consultant

We're looking for a dedicated customer service professional who is switched on and motivated.  As the front-line voice of FGB, first impressions count.  Is customer service a passion?  Do you love to exceed customer expectations?  Can you think on your feet and impress all who you talk to?  Your skills and experience are just as important as how you will blend and work with the rest of our team.

A sample of the duties includes (but is not limited to):

  • Receive inbound pharmacy and consumer calls
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and assist with territory call cycles
  • Support our national sales teamprepare monthly reports and assist with sales administration tasks
  • MS Office (including Word, Excel), and Act!

Previous call centre experience will place your application at the top of our list!  Naturally strong customer service focus is essential as is a positive 'can-do' attitude.  The successful candidate must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and intermediate to advanced
computer knowledge.

Due to our business requirements, the hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
