Doggy smells around the home? Bosisto's Eucalyptus Spray is excellent for freshening
and deodorising pet quarters and living areas.

Dog Wash

Add a capful of Bosisto’s Eucalyptus Oil to water when washing dogs to remove fleas.

Dog Shampoo Recipe

For a fresh, clean smelling dog try the following recipe. It is excellent for reducing fleas
and parasites. It will help protect your pet and will also make its coat feel soft and smell wonderful.

   2mL Bosisto's Eucalyptus Oil
   40mL regular dog shampoo

Add Bosisto's Eucalyptus Oil to your regular pet shampoo in the ratio above (for example if 80mL is required, use 4mL
of Bosisto's Eucalyptus Oil). Mix ingredients together. Shampoo dog hair as normal. Rinse thoroughly with warm water
and towel dry. Hair can be combed with a fine tooth (nit) comb to help remove fleas, parasites and their eggs.

Use as often as required. If irritation occurs discontinue use.

Pet Quarters

Try using the Bosisto's Wool Wash Recipe below to wash all animal bedding or cages to keep fleas and parasites away
and deodorise the area. 

    Pure Soap Flakes ½ packet (300g)
    Methylated Spirits 1 cup (200mL)
    Bosisto's Eucalyptus Oil 1 small bottle (50mL)

Mix methylated spirits with soap flakes. Add Bosisto’s Oil and stir. Store in wide necked screw capped jar. Use one tablespoon per mixture per garment. Dissolve in a small quantity of hot water then pour into lukewarm wash water.  Hand or machine wash on wool cycle. No need to rinse unless white garments are being stored for a long period - rinsing reduces the risk of yellowing. Squeeze and roll in towel to remove excess water. Keep garments in shape while drying out of direct sunlight.

Fleas

For dog and pet quarters, spray Bosisto's Tea Tree Spray on bedding and around
pet areas to clean and deodorise. May help reduce fleas and other insects.

Note: Ensure Spray is not used directly on pets and prevent animals from licking
any areas where spray has been used. 

Rabbits & Hamsters

The homes of rabbits and hamsters should be kept dry. Use a few drops of Bosisto's Eucalyptus Oil and detergent with hot water to wash cages. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry. This helps to prevent infections and minimise fleas and parasites. 

Bird Cages

To deodorise and disinfect bird cages, wash trays and water bowls with one teaspoonful of Bosisto's Eucalyptus Oil
mixed with hot soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry.

Interesting fact about Koalas & Eucalyptus

Contrary to popular belief, the leaves used to produce Bosisto's Eucalyptus Oil are not the leaves that koalas eat.

From the 600 species of eucalypt in Australia only four or five are suitable for koalas and none of these species produce eucalyptus oil used commercially.
