DIY Thursday: homemade window cleaner

Is the sun starting to shine through your windows at home, reminding you how badly they need cleaning before guests start arriving over Christmas?
Well, put down those bright blue, artificially-coloured sprays because we’ve got a recipe that works a charm for a fraction of the cost, with ingredients you probably already have at home.
Mix this up and give it a go – with the fresh crisp scent of eucalyptus and shiny, streak free glass you’ll never go back to buying commercial window cleaners again.
Bosisto’s DIY Window Cleaner
You’ll need:
1 cup water
¼ cup white vinegar
2-3 drops of dishwashing liquid (natural if possible)
5 drops or ¼ teaspoon Bosisto’s Eucalyptus Oil
Directions: Combine water, white vinegar and dishwashing liquid in an empty spray bottle.  Add essential oils and shake to combine.  For best results on windows, use scrunched up newspaper to wipe away dirt and bring up a nice shine.
…. This spray is also brilliant for cleaning those smudgy fingerprints kids or grandkids like to leave on your dishwasher, fridge, cabinets or other toddler-height surfaces.
