Online Store Terms and Conditions

Customer information

You must complete required customer information before placing an online order with FGB. You warrant that all information and data provided by you in the customer information fields is accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly inform FGB if there is a change to this information or data.

Privacy policy

We highly value our relationships with our customers. As such, we only share your information with external companies if they are part of the service we are providing to you. We will never share your information with any third party for use outside of this service without your prior consent.

Security

We take care to handle your personal information securely using a process called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted.

All purchases are protected by SSL technology using a 256-bit key encryption. Transactions are processed by a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant payment gateway provided by ANZ bank's eGate system.

Credit card information provided by you is only used for the purpose of processing your order. We do not retain credit card information for security reasons hence you must provide your credit card information each time an order is placed.

Price of goods and payment

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices of products in the Online Store are subject to review and change at any time.

FGB provides payment via credit card online and Paypal facilities. Unless otherwise agreed, in order to receive the goods you have ordered, payment must be received by FGB by one of these methods.

Upon your order being placed, FGB will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the goods, including the delivery fee.

Delivery, postage and handling - Australia only

Order confirmation:

Placing an order through FGB's shopping cart is confirmed by selecting goods and pressing the Confirm Order button. Orders are deemed to be received by FGB at the time of successful transmission of the order. Payment is processed at the time the order is confirmed.

Delivery:

FGB will only deliver to locations within Australia. Shipping and delivery is managed by third party freight providers on behalf of FGB. FGB provides the option of giving Authority to Leave your package in a specified location without a signature, if you do not click yes to this option we will require a signature at the delivery address as proof of delivery.

In the event that you are unavailable to accept and sign for a delivery, a note will be left in your mailbox advising that your order (consignment) can be collected from a nearby depot or outlet. If your order is not collected or successfully redelivered it will be returned to FGB and your order will be forfeited.

Please allow up to seven (7) working days from receipt of payment to delivery of your order, depending on the delivery location you have specified.

Excluded postcodes

FGB delivers to most postcodes within Australia. However, there are certain remote locations which FGB cannot deliver to due to cost or lack of delivery services. FGB reserves the right to accept or decline deliveries to remote locations at its sole discretion.

Postage and handling charges (inclusive of GST):

We provide FREE delivery for orders greater than $75*, after all discounts and promotions are applied. A postage and handling fee of $11.95 in Metro areas and $14.95 in Regional areas applies for all orders less than $75.

(* excluding delivery charges or where Authority to Leave the package is not granted)

If customers do not grant Authority to Leave their package without an acknowledgement of receipt signature while checking out, a blanket $14.95 will be charged on the order regardless of size or destination.

Business Log In

Business Customers can arrange a unique log in that gives them access to wholesale pricing online. Business Customers are subject to a minimum order amount of $200 including GST.

To be eligible for a Business Log In the customer must provide a valid ABN and inform FGB Natural Products what industry their business is involved in.

Due to the minimum order value there are no postage and handling charges, however if Authority to Leave the package is not granted then a $14.95 charge is still applied.

Order discounts of 5%, 7.5% and 10% are automatically applied to orders that reach $400, $600 and $1,000 excluding GST respectively for Business Log In customers.

Risk and title in the goods

Once paid for, risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery or upon collection by you.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with our products or service and wish to make a claim for a replacement product, refund or credit because:

1. you believe that an item which was ordered by you has not been provided; or

2. you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received,

FGB reserves the right to inspect the goods before making an assessment for claim. All requests for returns or refunds must be lodged within seven days of receipt of goods or 14 days from date of placing your order.

Applicable law

The laws of Victoria govern this agreement.
